We hope you love everything as much as we do! But in case you don't, items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. All requests must be made within 14 days.

Here are a few things to note: 

  • Please email hello@shekind.ca for all exchange and store credit requests.
  • Exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the product, tags on with the email/text receipt.
  • Exchange Conditions: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 
  • All sale items are final sale (this includes purchases using promos and discount codes)
  • Sales are final on all bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories and gift cards.
  • Cancellations - Once an order has been processed we can't modify or change the order including adding discounts. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made before your order is processed.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.
